By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 3666pet platform — including but not limited to the website at 3666pet.app, any associated mobile-optimised interface, or any game or service offered therein — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and 3666pet (the "Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our").

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue your use of the 3666pet platform. Continued use of any part of the platform following any update or amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated via on-site notification or email to your registered address.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the 3666pet platform regardless of geographic location, device type, or method of access. Users accessing the platform from Bangladesh are subject to all provisions herein, as well as any applicable local regulations. These Terms are published in English, and the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency with any translated version.

Supplementary Terms

Additional terms and conditions may apply to specific games, promotions, tournaments, or features available on 3666pet. Where such supplementary terms exist, they will be displayed at the relevant point of use and shall be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between supplementary terms and these general Terms, the more specific provision shall prevail unless otherwise stated.

3666pet is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Registering for, accessing, or using the 3666pet platform as a minor is strictly prohibited. We take our responsibility to prevent underage gambling seriously and actively enforce age verification procedures for all new and existing accounts.

By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the platform.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual, and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You have not previously been excluded from the platform or had an account closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• The funds you use to place bets or make deposits are not derived from illegal activity.

3666pet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence issued by a recognised authority. Accounts where age cannot be satisfactorily verified will be suspended pending resolution, and any pending withdrawals will be withheld during the verification process.

Accounts confirmed to belong to individuals under 18 years of age will be closed immediately. Any balance held in such accounts will be handled in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering procedures, and deposits may be returned to the original payment source at our discretion.

3666pet supports a range of payment methods tailored specifically to the Bangladeshi market. These include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of any specific payment method may vary and is subject to change at our discretion without prior notice.

Deposit Policy

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by the platform, though individual payment providers may enforce their own transaction limits. Deposits made via mobile banking services such as bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 3666pet account within 30 to 60 seconds of a confirmed transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to process depending on the originating institution.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any funds deposited from a payment method not belonging to you may be confiscated pending investigation, and your account may be suspended while the matter is reviewed.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed during our standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the original deposit wherever technically possible. This policy is in place to comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) requirements.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed the required identity verification (KYC) process. If active bonus funds are attached to your account balance, the applicable wagering requirements must be met in full before those funds become withdrawable. Failure to meet wagering requirements will result in bonus funds being removed from your balance at the point of withdrawal.

3666pet reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. In such cases, you may be asked to provide additional documentation. Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified will be declined and the funds returned to your 3666pet balance.

3666pet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. This right may be exercised where we have reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• A breach of these Terms & Conditions or any supplementary terms applicable to a specific game or promotion.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity in connection with your account.
• Failure to complete required identity or payment verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or request from a relevant law enforcement authority.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder via the responsible gaming tools.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending bets or wagers will be settled in the normal course, and any remaining real-money balance (excluding active bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5–10 business days.

Consequences of Closure for Violations

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions or suspected fraudulent activity, 3666pet is not obligated to return any funds held in the account. Such funds may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited in their entirety if the investigation confirms a violation. 3666pet's decision in these matters is final, though players retain the right to escalate complaints through our formal complaints procedure as described in the Help section.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 3666pet will notify you by email before any dormancy fee or administrative charge is applied to a dormant account balance. Any remaining balance after applicable dormancy fees will continue to be available to the account holder upon reactivation, subject to successful identity verification.
